Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the conditions of reservation, payment, cancellation, and stay applicable to bare pitches (tents, caravans, motorhomes, towable leisure accommodations) and to rental accommodations such as mobile homes, offered by the Mas d’en Mas campsite, a “Tourism” caravan site, open year-round, exclusively for leisure use, to the exclusion of any form of domicile or permanent residence.

Booking Conditions

A reservation becomes firm and final after:

  • acceptance of these GTC,

  • payment of a deposit of 10 to 15% of the total stay amount.

The balance of the stay must be paid upon arrival.

The campsite reserves the right to refuse any reservation in the event of an unresolved previous dispute.

Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC by the client.

Prices and Taxes

Prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included (VAT included), and correspond to the duration of the stay.

Not included in the price:

  • tourist tax, collected on behalf of the local authority (€0.58/day/person),

  • household waste tax (TOM), collected on behalf of the campsite (€0.30/day/person),

  • optional services or additional services (bed linen rental, cleaning, pets, etc.),

  • possible booking fees.

Applicable rates are those in force at the time of booking.

No refund will be made in case of late arrival or early departure.

07

Cancellation by the Campsite
